New book chapter: Framework for AI project management

In March 2025, our book chapter on Framework for Managing Artificial Intelligence (AI) Projects: Avoiding Harms, Losses, and Damages was finally published. In this chapter, we pull together our previous research on artificial intelligence (AI) and project management into a framework. As AI continues to reshape industries, project managers must be adept at navigating the risks and complexities inherent in these technologies. The authors offer a robust framework for managing AI projects that emphasizes transparency, stakeholder engagement, and ethical responsibility, which will be invaluable for professionals working in AI-driven environments.
