On 13 November, 2024 Gloria J. Miller presented the webinar ‘How Artificial Intelligence Will Change [Is Changing] How We Manage Projects‘, which was kindly hosted by PMI Madrid, Spain, Chapter and is now available on their YouTube channel.

Gloria explains how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is impacting the way we manage projects, and more specifically, how it impacts the role of project managers. She does an exhaustive analysis of the typical tasks of a project manager, breaking down the tasks that have been taken over by AI as well as including new tasks that are now relevant to this role. Hence, reskilling is a fundamental requirement.
